This course can be provided client-site or center-based live. This is a five (5) day course taught by Industrial Security Professionals that have extensive experience in industry and will provide training that covers protection of information from the acquisition phase to day-to-day operations. Upon completions of this course, students who attend have an understanding of Information system security, SAP and SAR requirements of Director Central Intelligence Directive (DCID 6/3), Joint Air Force – Army – Navy (JAFAN 6/3) requirements.

Online training cancellation policy To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, SMI limits the number of attendees per class. Substitutions may be made at any time — please advice in advance. Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to ten business days before the scheduled class start date either by calling the Training Registrar at 859-372-6618, or with sufficient lead time, by written notification. Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than ten business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 30 percent of the full tuition fee (list price). Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee (list price). Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee (list price). SMI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled center-based training class upon ten business days notice to confirmed registrants. Registrants may then enroll in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration. In the event of cancellation by SMI, any payment made for the canceled class will be refunded. The client understands and agrees that SMI shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the client may suffer in the event that SMI cancels or reschedules a class.
Client-site training cancellation policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of client-site training less than ten business days before the scheduled start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the contracted fee.
